Happy New Year!
I hope everyone had a safe, fun holiday, and that those new year resolutions have taken into effect! I stopped making resolutions a few years back because every day I look around physically or mentally and speak of things I want to change, and I aim to do so. I will admit, as a crafter, my house...oh boy. It can get out of control sometimes. I really need to draft up an office and work space (in the bedroom which I don't sleep in). I have plans for all of the space in my apartment. Every room will get a makeover, starting with mine, because its the barest of them all. I have nothing but a bed, small vanity table, and clothes, clothes everywhere! I lucked up on a nice size light stand for 5 bucks that I get to add in there now. Good condition, no scratches, just waiting to be sanded and painted. So the paint color is my only dilemma right now. Hopefully this Pottery Barn book will serve as inspiration.
I've been a busy bee navigating around in this newly discovered Shop Handmade web market. I'm almost finished with my store. I need to list a few more items as well as make a few bells and whistles to spruce up the space a bit. We'll see how it comes together, fingers crossed.
